23  Observed the following non-food contact surfaces to be unclean. 1. Shelf above Fry''s and small oven has food debris on it. 2. Plumbing fixture below three compartment sink has debris on it. 3. There is a lot of dust and debris around the compressor under prep station. 4. Lids on flour and spices has debris on them under long prep table. Clean and maintain. 750.800 Next Inspection
